Frank Trigg Icon's new middle weight champion

Frank Trigg shows made a strong showing after 7 months away from the ring. Despite seeming happy in his roll as a Pride commentator, it appears Trigg still has plenty of fight left in him. As a 3 to 1 underdog many people believed that his achiellies heel of past (submissions) would huant him in this fight as well. Frank Trigg obviously has been working on his game, he was quick and powerful as ever but much more adept at fending off sub even his old nemesis the rear naked choke.

Congrats to Frank on his new belt for a complete rundown of the fight checkout sherdog's article.
