Conor McGregor Proves His Value and Earns a Title Shot With Jose Aldo

By Paul Sunday, January 18, 2015
Conor McGregor was among three favorites who showed their fantasy value with fantastic finishes. Top fantasy point honors went to Lorenz Larkin (117.5 pts) for his first round TKO of John Howard. Uriah Hall was next up in scoring (116.5) landing a brutal shot that split Stallings wide open forcing Herb Dean to stop the fight in the first round. Of course, McGregor was third in scoring (106) taking the little German mountain Siver out in the second round with ease.

Cathal Pendred (60.5) and Donald Cerrone (56.5) were the top points winners as underdogs; both winning on very poor decisions.

The top score in the $25,000 Guilotine at was 399.0 and the drafted team consisted of three favorites and only two underdogs; which is pretty tough with a 50K salary cap. Congrats to the winners and if it wasn't you, pay attention to the top dogs and do you due diligence.
